Registration for the 2026 eLearning Showcase is now available. See below for deadlines and other details.
Speakers and volunteers: On the registration form, in the Registration Code (optional) box, enter the code sent to you via email and click Apply.
Sponsor and/or exhibitor attendees, do one of the following:
Registration & Lunch Order Deadlines
- Monday, July 20: Deadline for the early registration rate
- Friday, August 7: Deadline for registration if paying by business check
- Tuesday, August 11: Deadline for registration to have your specific lunch order guaranteed
If you have any special dietary requirements, please register by August 11. If you register after August 11, the caterer may not be able to accommodate your exact lunch request. - Thursday, August 13: Deadline for advance registration if paying by credit or debit card
- Tuesday, August 18: Onsite registration for a limited number of people available at the event; onsite registrants cannot be guaranteed a lunch. If you register onsite, you may need to purchase a lunch offsite.

Your check must be received by Thursday, August 13. Personal checks are not accepted.

Registration cost includes light breakfast, coffee and snack breaks, and lunch.
*To qualify for this rate, you must be a current member of a Midwestern chapter of at least one of the following professional associations related to learning and development (L&D): Association for Talent Development (ATD), Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), or Organization Development Network (ODN).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All event registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@chicagoelearningshowcase.com. Provide your name and the email address you entered during registration. The amount of the refund will depend on the date you send your request and the payment method you used.
Requests submitted at least eight (8) days before the event
- Original transaction paid by credit or debit card: Receive a full refund of the registration rate you paid.
- Original transaction paid by business check: Receive a refund of the registration rate you paid minus a nonrefundable $5 transaction fee per person charged by the registration system.
Requests submitted seven (7) days or less before the event
- Any payment method: Receive a partial refund equal to the registration rate you paid minus a fee of $40 per person for charges that we will not be able to recover.
Within 7 days of the event, we have already placed the catering order and will be charged for your breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Registration and payment processing fees for your original transaction also won’t be returned to us.
