Deborah G. Harris, Chief Learning Strategist at iCU Learning

For the last 15 years, Deborah has been bringing her non-caffeinated energy and unique delivery to a variety of training spaces including: Financial Aid Regulations & Processing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Practices, Medical Device Sales, and more. Fluent in Haitian-Creole and French, Deborah's BBA from Florida Atlantic University is in International Business & Trade. A creative and innovative instructor whether in-person or virtually, she has a flair for making heavily regulated and complex materials digestible, while challenging learners to open themselves to growth and explore new perspectives. Deborah is also a certified trainer in both Situational Leadership® Essentials and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.
