Online registration for the 2024 eLearning Showcase is available through Thursday, August 15.
Speakers with complimentary passes and volunteers: Use the password sent to you via email to register for the conference.
New This Year: In 2024, dive into the forefront of eLearning innovation with our exclusive, pre-conference workshops. Held on Monday, August 19, ahead of the main event, these immersive sessions are designed to supersize your skill set and empower you to drive impactful learning outcomes. You can add a workshop to your conference registration, or you can register to attend the workshops only.
Registration & Lunch Order Deadlines
- Monday, July 22: Deadline for the early registration rate
- Monday, August 12: Deadline for registering to have your specific lunch order guaranteed
If you have any special dietary requirements, please register by August 12.
If you register after August 12, the venue may not be able to accommodate your exact lunch request. - Thursday, August 15: Deadline for advance, online registration
- Tuesday, August 20: Onsite registration available at the event; onsite registrants cannot be guaranteed a lunch.
If you register onsite, you may need to purchase a lunch from the café at the conference center.

Advance Payment: Online prepayment with credit or debit card available via ATDChi, a host organization of the Chicago eLearning & Technology Showcase.
Check-in: Required; please arrive at 8:00 a.m. to receive registration materials.

*Registration cost for the main conference includes light breakfast, coffee, snack breaks, and lunch. See the Lunch Menu (PDF) for details. Pre-conference workshops, which take place on Monday, August 19, include beverages and snack breaks only. A full lunch menu is not available on the day of the workshops.
**For the host organization rate, you must be a member of ATDChi or STC Chicago. Membership in an affiliated national or international organization (ATD or STC) does not qualify you for the host organization rate.
