Connie is the author of 2 books: Visual Design Solutions and Visual Language for Designers. She publishes The eLearning Coach website and podcast. As CEO of Web Courseworks, he works with association clients on LMS implementation and development, platform alignment and integration, and online curriculum development. Chris Balmes is the Creative Director at Caveo Learning. Chris believes in pushing the industry forward by piloting innovative ways to develop performance solutions. Previously, Chris spent 2 decades developing advertising campaigns for print, television, and digital media. Dan Balzer, CPLP, is a performance consultant with 17 years’ experience designing and implementing learning technology solutions in a variety of sectors, including non-profit, academic, and corporate settings. Dan has an M.A. in intercultural education and is a member of ATD and the eLearning Guild. He has worked with a full range of clients, from IT service providers to international food service organizations, and was the training director for several technology companies. Kathleen Fortney, Ed.D., is a Learning Strategist at Judge Learning Solutions. She has led many training initiatives, including the design and development process for elearning, instructor-led training, process documentation, change management, and performance support portals.
